Refund Policy

    1. Withdrawal from the purchase contract
      1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. If the Buyer withdraws from the contract, the purchase contract is cancelled from the beginning. The withdrawal period will be met if the customer sends the notice of withdrawal before the expiry of the relevant period.
      2. The Buyer acknowledges that he cannot withdraw from the contract in the case of delivery of goods that have been modified according to the Buyer's wishes or for his person, in the case of delivery of goods that the Buyer has removed from a sealed package and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g. underwear, swimwear) and in other cases specified in the provisions of Section 1837 of the Civil Code.
      3. For the purposes of withdrawal from the contract, the Buyer must inform the Seller of his withdrawal from this contract by unilateral legal action (e.g. by e-mail). In the event of the Buyer exercising the right to withdraw from the contract, the Buyer shall send or hand over the goods he has received to the Seller without undue delay, but no later than 14 days from the date on which he withdrew from the contract.
      4. If the Buyer rightfully withdraws from the purchase contract, the Seller is obliged to return the received funds without undue delay, but no later than within 14 days , in principle in the same way as he received them. The Seller is not obliged to return the received funds before the goods received are returned to him.
      5. The Seller may withdraw from the contract if the goods ordered by the Buyer are no longer produced, and also in the event of an obvious error in the purchase price of the goods (i.e. a price that is clearly different from the price usual for this type/kind of goods). If the Seller decides to exercise its right to withdraw from the contract, it will immediately inform the Buyer of this fact, and will also refund the purchase price already paid without undue delay.
      6. Complaints can be submitted by email to info@tinaglut.com .
    2. Rights arising from defective performance
      1. The Seller is liable to the Buyer that the goods are free from defects upon receipt. In particular, the Seller is liable to the Buyer for the following at the time the Buyer received the goods:
    1. the goods have the properties agreed upon by the parties, and in the absence of such an agreement, the goods have the properties described by the Seller or the manufacturer or which the Buyer expected with regard to the nature of the goods and on the basis of the advertising carried out by them,
    2. the goods are suitable for the purpose stated by the Seller for their use or for which goods of this type are usually used,
    3. the goods correspond in quality or design to the agreed sample or design, if the quality or design was determined according to the agreed sample or design,
    4. the goods are of the appropriate quantity, measure or weight, and
    5. the goods comply with the requirements of legal regulations.
    1. The buyer is entitled to exercise the right to claim a defect that occurs in the goods within 24 months from receipt. If the defect becomes apparent within 6 months from receipt of the goods, it is considered that the goods were defective already at the time of performance.
    2. The Buyer is not entitled to claim defects in goods sold at a lower price for a defect for which the lower price was agreed, for worn goods in a manner resulting from their usual use or if this results from the nature of the goods. When making a claim, the Buyer is obliged to prove that he has the right to claim, in particular by proving the date of purchase of the goods from the Seller.
    3. Complaints can be submitted by email to info@tinaglut.com   or tinaglut@gmail.com.
    4. The Seller shall decide on the complaint immediately, in complex cases within three working days. This period does not include the time appropriate to the type of goods required for a professional assessment of the defect. The complaint, including the removal of the defect, must be handled without undue delay, no later than 30 days from the date of the complaint, unless the Seller and the Buyer agree on a longer period.
