Terms of Service
- Seller
The online store at the website address tinaglut.com (hereinafter referred to as the “ E-shop ”) is operated by Ing. Martina Glut, Drašarova 155, 266 01 Beroun, Company ID: 07243995 (hereinafter referred to as the “ Seller ”).
- Buyer
The Buyer is understood to be any person who concludes a purchase contract with the Seller via the E-shop.
- Terms and conditions
- These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the " Terms and Conditions ") govern the mutual rights and obligations of the contracting parties arising in connection with the purchase contract concluded between the seller and the buyer or on its basis in accordance with the provisions of Section 1751, paragraph 1 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code (hereinafter referred to as the "Civil Code ").
- These terms and conditions do not apply to the purchase of goods by legal entities or natural persons who intend to purchase goods as part of their business activities or in the performance of their profession.
- The provisions of the Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the purchase contract. The purchase contract may contain provisions that deviate from the Terms and Conditions, and these provisions take precedence over the provisions of the Terms and Conditions.
- The Seller reserves the right to change or amend the Terms and Conditions. This does not apply to orders for goods placed before the effective date of such changes or amendments.
- Legal relations between the seller and the buyer not expressly regulated by these terms and conditions are governed by the relevant provisions of the Civil Code.
- Conclusion of the purchase contract
- The offer to conclude a purchase contract is the display of the goods on the E-shop website by the Seller. The offered goods contain a brief description and the purchase price including VAT.
- The offer of goods is for informational purposes only and the Seller is not obliged to conclude a purchase contract with the Buyer regarding the offered goods. The provisions of Section 1732, paragraph 2 of the Civil Code do not apply.
- Product offers listed in the e-shop are valid while supplies last.
- To order goods, the Buyer fills out a form on the E-shop website. The form contains information about the ordered goods, the method of payment for the purchase price of the goods, information about the method of delivery requested by the Buyer and the costs associated with the delivery of the goods.
- Before confirming the order, the Buyer can check all entered data and change them if necessary. By confirming the order, the Buyer submits a binding proposal to conclude a purchase contract between him and the Seller.
- Orders are processed in the order in which the customer placed them.
- By sending the order, the Buyer confirms that he has read the Terms and Conditions and that he agrees with them in their entirety and without reservations.
- The purchase contract is concluded by delivering the order confirmation to the Buyer by the Seller to the Buyer's electronic address specified in the order confirmed by him.
- The Seller undertakes to accept the Buyer's draft purchase contract (order) unless it is in conflict with the Terms and Conditions.
- The Buyer shall pay the costs incurred by the Buyer when using distance communication means in connection with the conclusion of the purchase contract (e.g. costs of internet connection or costs of telephone calls).
- The purchase contract is archived by the Seller only for the purpose of its successful fulfillment and fulfillment of any obligations arising from liability for defects and is not accessible to the Buyer.

- The buyer can pay the price of the goods and any costs associated with the delivery of the goods (determined by the carrier's price list) according to the purchase contract in the following ways: By bank transfer, payment gateway or QR code.
- The buyer agrees that the invoice for the purchased goods will be delivered to him together with the purchased goods.
- The seller reserves the right to change the prices of goods. The price listed on the e-shop website at the time of conclusion of the contract is valid.
